Q1: When is a booking considered confirmed?

A1: All packages require prepayment in full.  Actual date(s) and time(s) of booking(s) can be discussed for availability before making payment.  Confirmation will be sent via email once payment is recieved.

 

Q2: What is the policy for rescheduling bookings?

A2: An additional rescheduling fee of $50, payable in cash prior to starting the session, will be charged per change request for a confirmed booking.  If you have bought an Actor Package, rescheduling fees will be waived provided a valid booking confirmation email for a project is presented at the time of such a request.

 

Q3: What is the policy on cancellation and refunds?

A3: Lets talk first. Its easy. Call us 470.588.1177.  Please understand that time is of essence, for you as well as us.  Cancelling a confirmed booking results in lost business, leaving a gap in our calendar difficult to fill, as simple as that.

A) For single session bookings other than Actor Packages, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled with less than 30 days notice.

NOTE: Only for Actor Packages, for single session bookings, a flat fee of $50 for cancellation.

B) For all multi session discounts, any cancellation will result in the prior sessions being charged at the regular single session rate before any refunds can be issued provided a notice of greater than 30 days is given, else an additional 50% will be charged. For example: Say a single session costs $295. The 3 session deal is $700. You use 2 sessions, then cancel 45 days prior to the 3rd and final session.  A refund of $110 will be made to the customer.  If you cancel within less than 30 days, a refund of $55 will be made.

A4: Yes, currently www.PurpleEmperor.Pictures is forwarded to a site built using wix.com. Yes, all payments are processed through PayPal independently.  You will need a PayPal account with a valid email.  Our PayPal email ID for receiving payments is PurpleEmperorPictures@gmail.com
